Drilling "About Us" Castleman Drilling is a family owned and operated business since the early 1900’s. At the turn of the century in 1900, H.L. Castleman (1st Generation Driller and my great-grandfather) was 28 years old and operating a drill in Middle Tennessee. H.L. Castleman ran his drilling outfit until his passing on December 25th, 1956, leaving 6 drill rigs to be operated by the five Castleman sons. One of the sons, Charles (Digger) Castleman (2nd Generation Driller and my grandfather) took this opportunity to continue drilling and operated Castleman Drilling until his passing on September 2, 2001. It was at this time that my father, Jeff Castleman (3rd Generation Driller) took over the business. Jeff Castleman has been involved in the business since an early age, so it has become a life style for him. He had helped his father in the drilling business for over 35 years, by the time of his take over of the company. By 2004, I (Jamie Castleman: 4th Generation Driller) joined my father in the drilling business full time. I am a licensed driller. I became a partner in Castleman Drilling by the end of 2009. Here at Castleman Drilling we take pride in what we do. This isn’t just our job, “It Is Our Life.” Drilling is what we know and love to do. We offer the best service in the industry. When our office is closed, all phones are forwarded to either Jeff or Jamie Castleman, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer the best warranties in the business, and we stand behind them. Our customers can rest easy knowing that we will be around to honor our warranties, our work, and to service them in the years to come! |
